AT HOME
When Home Feels Hard
From conflict to collaboration with your kids and each other.
Calmer conversations, stronger connection, and practical ways to respond to challenging behaviours without punishment. We build collaborative rhythms, practise repair, and create Agreements That Stick—so kids feel safe and adults work as a team.
WHO THIS IS FOR

You swore you wouldn't yell, but you do. You know what kind of partner & parent you want to be, but stress and reactivity keep winning. You need help closing the gap between who you want to be and who you're actually being.
You and Your Spouse/Partner Keep Getting Stuck
You're having the same argument on repeat. You can't get on the same page about parenting, household decisions, or division of labour. You want to feel like a team again, not roommates managing chaos.
You're Struggling with Your Children’s Behaviour
Meltdowns are frequent, bedtime is a battle, sibling conflict is exhausting. You've tried everything and it's not getting better. You need to understand what's really going on and create a plan that works.

ABOUT ANNE
I have a deep understanding of human behaviour across the lifespan and bring that into family life. With the PEACE Method™, I help parents and couples uncover what’s in the way, keep hard conversations calm, make agreements you can keep, and repair as needed—so rhythms settle and connection grows
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
Calm, private, and practical. We slow things down in the hard moments, name what’s really going on, and talk in a way that doesn’t blow up. It’s people-first: simple plans you can keep, and care for the people who have to live them.
COMMON QUESTIONS
-
Many families feel a shift within 2–3 sessions once we apply one small, co-owned agreement between sessions. The rhythm is simple: get to what’s in the way → make a clear, doable agreement → and adjust as needed without blame. Calmer tone, quicker repair, and decisions that stay decided follow.
-
Best results come when we work together. My default is to meet with both partners and help you practise as a team. If one of you is hesitant, we can start with a short individual step to lower heat and build momentum, then bring the other partner in quickly, so plans are co-owned and sustainable.
-
Yes—from babies to teens. We’ll pinpoint what’s getting in the way, then co-create a small, clear plan you can all keep. Expect practical scripts, heat-lowering routines, and steady follow-through so everyone knows what happens next.
