 COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Many families feel a shift within 2–3 sessions once we apply one small, co-owned agreement between sessions. The rhythm is simple: get to what’s in the way → make a clear, doable agreement → and adjust as needed without blame. Calmer tone, quicker repair, and decisions that stay decided follow.

  • Best results come when we work together. My default is to meet with both partners and help you practise as a team. If one of you is hesitant, we can start with a short individual step to lower heat and build momentum, then bring the other partner in quickly, so plans are co-owned and sustainable.

  • Yes—from babies to teens. We’ll pinpoint what’s getting in the way, then co-create a small, clear plan you can all keep. Expect practical scripts, heat-lowering routines, and steady follow-through so everyone knows what happens next.
