About Anne.
I work with couples who are building a business and a family together — and who want the dynamic between them to be as strong as the business itself.
For more than 30 years I've worked with human behaviour at its roots — with leaders, families, and couples navigating the moments where things feel stuck, strained, or simply harder than they should be.
My work sits at the intersection of business, relationship, and family. Not as separate topics, but as one integrated system — because that's what they are. The same two people who are making business decisions on a Monday are parenting together on a Tuesday and navigating their relationship in the in-between moments. None of that can be separated, and it shouldn't be.
The patterns that show up in your business conversations are the same ones that show up at home. The pressure you carry in one place moves into the other. My role is to help you see that system clearly — and then change it deliberately.
What working with me looks like.
Clients tell me they feel grounded and clear when we talk.
My approach is warm, steady, and practical — rooted in real conversations, not theory for theory's sake. I listen closely, I look for what's unsaid, and I help you slow things down long enough to see what's actually going on beneath the surface.
I work diagnostically before I work prescriptively. Before we talk about what to change, we get clear on what's actually happening — in the dynamic between you, in the patterns running the show, in the places where your roles and values have quietly drifted out of alignment.
The work is personal and rigorous. It goes as deep as needed — without becoming therapy.
My goal is always the same: to help you operate as a stronger, more coordinated unit — in the business, at home, and in the way you lead the people around you.
The PEACE Method™
The PEACE Method™ is the framework I created to help you navigate pressure without losing yourselves — or each other — in the process. It's practical, repeatable, and built for the conversations that feel high-stakes.
Pause — create space to respond rather than react.
Empathise — understand the other person’s perspective.
Assess — identify what’s really going on beneath the behaviour or conflict.
Create — build a plan together instead of forcing a directive.
Evaluate — check in, refine and keep moving forward.
This method runs quietly underneath everything we do — guiding conversations, restoring clarity and strengthening the relationships that matter most.
Why this work matters to me.
I've spent my entire adult life supporting people in the moments where relationships and communication feel their hardest.
Over and over, I've seen the same truth: when people feel safe, understood, and supported — they do better, everywhere. They communicate better. They make decisions they can keep. They lead better, parent better, and show up more fully for the people who matter most to them.
And when someone feels alone, overwhelmed, or unseen, everything becomes harder than it needs to be.
I work with couples in business because it's one of the most complex and high-stakes relational systems there is. Two people trying to build something together while also building a life together — that takes more than good intentions. It takes a clear view of the system you're in, and the tools to work it well.
That's what I want to help you build.
My background.
I've been doing this work in different forms for three decades — with families, leaders, couples, educators, and business owners.
I've trained in Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, family systems, early childhood development, and communication frameworks. I draw on all of it — along with decades of sitting with people navigating stress, change, conflict, and the very real complexity of running a business while raising a family.
My clients value the same things I do: honesty, clarity, compassion, and practical progress.
